Clothe Drive at Nutsubidze Infant House: On May 13th 2007 over 30 Flex Alumni visited Nutsubidze infant house and brought clothes for local homeless kids. Activity was full of interesting interaction and entertaining games with residents of local infant house.
There were 107 homeless kids residing in Nutsubidze infant house ages 2 months and farther up to 5 years old children. Flex alumni brought boxes of clothes donated from the United States of America.
Children at local infant house turned out to be very interactive and energetic, even tough there were lot of alumni volunteering to help out with playing games and coloring paintings kids were so energetic and eager to play that alumni got very tired.
Infant house stuff were very warm and nice people, alumni themselves volunteered to help out with feeding kids. Nice environment and kind attitude of local residents added positive mood to the activity.
There were 40 disabled kids residing also in the house. Alumni made up interesting games for disabled kids and tried to add some pleasant environment for children in order to make them feel happy and entertained with guests who really enjoyed interaction with them in whole. After 3 hour spent in the infant house we were told that it was time forchildren to go to bad, so alumni had to say bye to lovely children. The cutest moment was when one kid told Eugenia Pantskhava ’06 alumni to take her home while she enjoyed playing with her and wanted to have some more time spent with Eugenia playing games.
Despite the fact that they started crying and didn’t want to say good bye to us our visit made kids really happy and that’s the most important thing.
At the end alumni thanked local administration and promised to visit them in future and conduct some interesting activities with local children.
